Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you on email or phone or whatsapp.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depends on the order delivery location. Within the city we can ship through hyperlocal services like Rapido or Uber or Porter. And the shipping chagres are charged on actuals and can be paid by at the time of delivery. We also allow pickup from our address.

Outstation shipping rates range from Rs.50-150 based on the weight of the order and the distance of the location.

We also take up special requests for deliveries through other channels and those are discussed with you and processed accordingly.

Delivery delays can occassionally occur due to some unforeseen reasons.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

We will share the shipment confirmation throgh email, whatsapp etc. Adn the tracking details be shared.

Damages

We are not liable for damages during the transit and those issues need to raised with the service providers. However, we would love to support you thorugh the journey in what ever way we can.
